ADHD Assessments

Child and Adolescent ADHD assessment 6-19 years

This assessment includes review of neurodevelopmental screeners completed by parent/child and reports received from school/educational settings, an initial assessment inclusive of a developmental history session (lasts up to 1.5 hour) with one of our Consultant Psychiatrists. The outcome of the assessment is provided in a comprehensive report with recommendations.

If you wish to consider medication as a treatment option and the assessment indicates a diagnosis of ADHD then first initiation appointment for medication is included (This does not include cost of medication).

Cost £850 (excl. DIVA-5 assessment)

Adult ADHD assessment

This assessment includes review of neurodevelopmental screeners (completed by client) and relevant reports/information received from the client, an initial assessment inclusive of a developmental history session (lasts up to 1.5 hour) with one of our Consultant Psychiatrists. The outcome of the assessment is provided in a comprehensive report with recommendations.

If you wish to consider medication as a treatment option and the assessment indicates a diagnosis of ADHD, then first initiation appointment for medication is included (This does not include cost of medication).

DIVA-5 assessment (as part of ADHD assessment)

If you would also like a DIVA-5 assessment within your assessment by our Consultant Psychologist, this will be at an additional cost of £250. This is not a requirement for an assessment for ADHD however, some clients may benefit from the assessment dependent on need of the assessment

ASD Assessment

This assessment includes review of neurodevelopmental screeners completed by and relevant reports/information received from you, an initial assessment inclusive of a developmental history session (lasts up to 1.5 hour) with one of our Consultant Psychiatrists. The assessment also includes an ADOS-2 assessment (in person) by our Consultant Psychologist. The outcome of the assessment is provided in a comprehensive report with recommendations.

If the assessment indicates a diagnosis of ADHD, if you wish to consider medication, then first initiation appointment for medication is included (This does not include cost of medication).

Cost: £1700 (excl. DIVA-5 Assessment)

All assessments are in line with NICE & diagnostic guidelines.

Additional costs may incur if further appointments are required to complete the assessment however, your clinician will advise you this before starting the assessment.
